Beausoleil wants to wish everyone a Happy Easter! We will be offering several special items on Sunday including some tasty dishes that have been off the menu for many of our guests for the 40 days of the Lenten season. For appetizers, we will have homemade boudin balls with white remoulade sauce and grilled scallops with tarragon beurre blanc. The entrée selections will consist of lamb chops with mint-demi sauce, Chef Nathan’s famous sweet-tea marinated fried chicken, and fresh soft shell crab served over fried green tomatoes.
Kirk Holder will be here for Easter, as well. His acoustical guitar will provide our guests with musical entertainment for his usual Sunday hours from noon until 3 pm. We will be serving our traditional Sunday brunch cocktails, including the 16oz. Mimosa and 16oz. Bloody Mary for $5.50 And for those looking to be a little adventurous, we will have plenty of bacon-infused vodka for Bacon Bloody Mary’s.
